When scheduling an appointment, always include:

Your vehicle’s color (interior and exterior) and any specific concerns you may have regarding its appearance

What service(s) you are interested in (as named on the price list)

What day/time you would like the services performed (or when you would like to arrange a free consultation)
I will respond as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that I DO NOT quote exact prices over the phone or thru email. Final price will be agreed upon at the time of the appointment, after a visual inspection of the vehicle during pick-up/drop-off (or during your pre-appointment consultation). If any additional services which incur extra cost are required during the detailing process, I will call for authorization prior to completing the work.
